1)改善从否定现状开始。

2)与其找借口，不如马上行动。
Take action rather than making excuses.
3)问题要清晰，否则智慧难以涌现。

4)不要一开始就追求满分，不如先从60分开始。
At first don’t aim for a perfect score of 100. Rather start immediately with 60 pionts.
5)错误要马上改正。
Correct mistake immediately.
6)改善要以智慧代替使用金钱。
Use your wisdom instead of spending money on improvements.
7)打破原有神话，告别生产固有概念。
Destroy myths and good-bye to fixed ideas about production.
8)追问自己5次为什么，找出真因。
Ask yourself “why?” five times to find the real cause.
9)不要忘记以现地、现物、现实的方法来实施改善。
Remember: make improvements –on the spot, to the actual object and by realistic ways.
10) 改善工作无终止。
Improvement is a never ending task.
